- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, diced vegetables, and cubed bread to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
