  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (for serving)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)
  • Fresh berries (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the cubed French bread to the egg mixture and gently stir until well combined. Make sure all bread cubes are soaked in the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
