A delicious overnight French toast bake made with brioche bread.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf brioche bread, cut into cubes
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place brioche cubes in the dish evenly.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the brioche cubes.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and serve with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in fruits like berries or sliced bananas.
- Can be prepared a day in advance.
