Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana)
Instructions
- In a jar, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- If using, add yogurt and mix again.
- Add fresh fruits on top.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy your overnight oats.

- Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- You can use any fruits you prefer.
