Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
