Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • optional Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. In clear glasses or bowls, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of yogurt.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Follow with a layer of blueberries.
  5. Add a layer of granola.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute any berry for the strawberries and blueberries based on availability or preference.
  • Feel free to add in other layers like whipped cream or chia seeds for added texture.
