PB2 Protein Balls Energy Bites No Bake for 5-Star Energy

These PB2 Protein Balls are delicious, easy to make, and require no baking! Perfect for a quick snack or a post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine PB2 powdered peanut butter, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches a sticky consistency.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize these energy bites by adding different mix-ins such as dried fruits, seeds, or other nut butter.
  • For a protein boost, consider adding protein powder to the mixture.
