  • 4 cups day-old bread, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced peaches, cubed bread, red onion, and basil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
