These peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with rich chocolate chips. A delightful dessert for any peanut butter lover!

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will look slightly underbaked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
