Description

Ingredients

- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Toast walnuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Slice pears thinly and crumble goat cheese.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Toss greens with half the dressing.
- Top with pears, walnuts, and goat cheese.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over the salad.
- Serve immediately.

- Use firm but ripe pears for best texture.
- Toast walnuts for extra crunch.
- Add dressing just before serving to prevent soggy greens.
