Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Toast walnuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Slice pears thinly and crumble goat cheese.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss greens with half the dressing.
  6. Top with pears, walnuts, and goat cheese.
  7. Drizzle remaining dressing over the salad.
