A delicious dessert combining the flavors of pecan pie and cheesecake in a layered trifle.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup pecan pie filling
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Add a layer of pecan pie filling.
- Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel, and pecans.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought pecan pie filling for convenience.
- Chill the trifle to set the layers properly.
- Top with extra pecans before serving.
