Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Cook beef until browned, then remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers for 2 minutes.
- Add beef back to the pan with beef broth and sugar. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Slice beef thinly for tenderness.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness preference.
