- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, then coat the steak.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Cook steak until browned, then remove from pan.
- Stir-fry peppers until crisp-tender.
- Return steak to pan, drizzle with sesame oil.
- Toss everything together and serve.
