Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into 1-inch slices, but not all the way through.
  3. Stuff each slit with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
