Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add butter to skillet and baste steaks.
- Rest steaks for 5 minutes before serving.
