- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 200g fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Add slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves.
- Serve hot.
