A quick and easy recipe for delicious PF Changs-style chicken lettuce wraps ready in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
Notes
- Use iceberg lettuce if butter lettuce is unavailable.
- Add chili paste for extra heat.
- Serve with extra hoisin sauce on the side.
