Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables soften.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place tortillas flat. Layer cheese and steak mixture on half of each.
  5. Fold tortillas over and press lightly.
  6. Cook quesadillas in a dry skillet until golden brown and cheese melts.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

  • Use a sharp knife to slice steak thinly.
