A fusion dish combining the flavors of Philly cheesesteak with the convenience of quesadillas.
Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables soften.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place tortillas flat. Layer cheese and steak mixture on half of each.
- Fold tortillas over and press lightly.
- Cook quesadillas in a dry skillet until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to slice steak thinly.
- Experiment with cheese types for different flavors.
- Serve with sour cream or hot sauce if desired.
