- 1 package (15 oz) frozen phyllo cups (pre-baked)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, feta, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked spinach.
- Spoon the mixture into the phyllo cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Phyllo cups can also be reheated in an air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
