Pigs in blanket are small sausages wrapped in pastry.
Ingredients

- 12 small sausages
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into strips.
- Wrap each sausage in a strip of pastry.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with mustard or ketchup.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
