Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Add pineapple juice, coconut milk, crushed ice, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
