Ingredients

- 2 ripe pineapples
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut pineapples in half and remove the flesh, leaving a shell.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and soy sauce, cooking until shrimp is pink.
- Mix in pineapple flesh and stir well.
- Fill pineapple bowls with the chicken and shrimp mixture.
- Grill the filled pineapple bowls for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.

- Choose ripe pineapples for sweetness.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
