Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut pineapples in half and remove the flesh, leaving a shell.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Add shrimp and soy sauce, cooking until shrimp is pink.
  6. Mix in pineapple flesh and stir well.
  7. Fill pineapple bowls with the chicken and shrimp mixture.
  8. Grill the filled pineapple bowls for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
