- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers alternately.
- Grill kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
