A delicious dish combining chicken with a sweet and tangy pineapple teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add pineapple chunks and sauce mixture to the pan.
- Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can add bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
