- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Whisk pistachio pudding mix with milk until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
