- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, pizza sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Place the cooked patties on the hamburger buns.
- Top each patty with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
