Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine the blended fruit, water or juice, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
