Ingredients

- 2 cups Fresh fruit of your choice (Strawberries, mangoes, or blueberries work well)
- 1 cup Water or fruit juice (Use fruit juice for extra flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Adjust sweetness to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (For added zing)
Instructions
- Blend the fresh fruit in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the blended fruit, water or juice, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- For layered popsicles, freeze one layer before adding the next.
- Experiment with different fruit combinations for unique flavors.
- Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
