Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh fruit until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended fruit, fruit juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir until well mixed.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add water to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
