Ingredients

- 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled potatoes to the sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra richness, add grated Parmesan cheese.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
