Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Cut the bread into cubes and add to the egg mixture.
- Gently stir to combine, ensuring bread is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
