Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions
- In a pot, combine rolled oats and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add protein powder, honey, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until oats are soft.
- Serve topped with nuts and berries.
