Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cheese and shredded meat.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
