- 1/4 cup ham, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place cheese and ham in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create triangles.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
