Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce in the crock pot.
  7. Serve on buns or as desired.
