Description
A simple and delicious pulled chicken recipe made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce in the crock pot.
- Serve on buns or as desired.

- Use your favorite barbecue sauce for different flavors.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
