  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool completely.
  8. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  10. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled pumpkin dessert.
