  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, pumpkin puree, butter, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread brown sugar and butter on the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
  10. Spread frosting on warm rolls and serve.
