Description

Delicious pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Knead until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out dough and spread brown sugar and pumpkin spice on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  10. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
  11. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
