- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and chicken pieces.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Add the chicken and vegetable mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it over the chicken and vegetables in the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- You can also marinate the chicken beforehand for extra flavor.
- Always ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
