Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and water.
- Cover with a microwave-safe lid.
- Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables and tuna to the rice.
- Stir in soy sauce.
- Microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
