A quick and flavorful beef stir fry packed with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
- Cook beef until browned, then remove from pan.
- Stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Return beef to pan and add oyster sauce.
- Toss everything together and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Serve hot.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
- Serve with steamed rice.
