Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
  4. Cook beef until browned, then remove from pan.
  5. Stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 3 minutes.
  6. Return beef to pan and add oyster sauce.
  7. Toss everything together and drizzle with sesame oil.
  8. Serve hot.
