A quick and easy recipe for cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread cinnamon and brown sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla with a little water for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add nuts or raisins.
