Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, feta, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
