- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the sliced chicken, tomato mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Wrap each tortilla in foil or plastic wrap for easy storage and meal prep.
