Description

Delicious mint desserts for St. Patrick’s Day celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mint chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in mint chocolate chips and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
  • Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Top with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
