Delicious mint desserts for St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of mint chocolate chips
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in mint chocolate chips and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Top with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
