Ingredients

- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each tortilla.
- Layer the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap for later.
