- 2 hamburger buns
- 1 beef patty (about 4 oz)
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- Ketchup to taste
- Mustard to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or pan over medium heat.
- Cook the beef patty for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Add the cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bottom bun.
- Add lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard.
- Top with the second bun and serve immediately.
