Ingredients

- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in potatoes and cabbage.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Can substitute beef with turkey for a lighter version.
