Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Divide the dough into portions and color each with food coloring.
- Roll the colored dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool on wire racks.
