- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook skewers for 5-6 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan over the skewers while still hot.
- Serve immediately.

- Soak wooden skewers for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor.
