- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, basil, and parsley.
